Sa and Rad daggers for opinions

Posting pictures for new member Werra1944.
    Introduction. Hello all,
I recently inherited my father’s SS M42 tunic, SS M43 cap and M1944 dot drill jacket.
At least that is what I think they are. He had collected SS German items since the late 1950s. I believe he had had these particular items since the early 1970s if not before. I am seeking your advise to ascertain their originality. Not sure how to post pics.
I also received an SA dagger and a RAD dagger as well. Hoping all items are indeed originals.
I will post pics as soon as I figure out how.
    Thanks.
Pictures resized by me on ghw hence the watermark.

    Both are original.

Sa dagger by scarce maker but sadly blade has been sharpened.

    RAD em, no seen detractions.

I agree with Serge's descriptions of these pieces. The SA is an early production piece from the firm of Carl Heidelberg; that maker is rated #5 on the McSARR list. This dagger was produced for an SA member in SA-Gruppe Westfalen.

          Stay safe,

          Br. James

What is. The best way to preserve them? Light coat of oil??

                No Oil IMO.
Renaissance wax is best, but if not, I would use nothing, a totally dry blade, and wipe down with dry clean cloth on a regular basis.

                Wait for other opinions.

Get yourself a tube of Simichrome. Gently wipe the blade down with it, but not the fittings. Then put it away.

Thanks for the advise! I was about to put oil on the blade. Glad I asked!!
