SA Heller Brothers--inscription darkening

I have always been interested in the burnishing as collectors call it, to the background of the political dagger etches and maker marks. There is significantly more variation between SA makers, compared to SS, which makes sense given the huge amount of SA makers. Anyway, while browsing I came across the attached ground Rohm. I would love to hear from some of the SA specialists as to their thoughts on this blade's burnishing?

Hello Mr. Barron,

Well you are spot on about multitude of SA dagger makers and different shades of motto burnishing compared to SS examples. It's kinda ironic you picked this Heller example. This maker had IMHO thee darkest motto burnishings on their SA's compared to most. These guys (Hellers) can be spotted from 30 feet away.

I'm sure others were chime in on other SA makers and their hue of furnishings.
