I presume this is a Luft/NSFK type belt loop but am open to interpretation. Any idea on the unit designation? Thanks in advance.

It could be LW Flea Flieger Ersatz Abteilung, Q. for location, 17 posible unit number,
TK could be Technische Kompanie, Q - Quedlinburg
"FLEA 17 -Formed 1.4.37 in Quedlinburg from Flieger-Ersatz-Abteilung 12.
On 1.11.38 redesignated to Flieger-Ersatz-Abteilung 62."
