Over time the tops, for the two cases have vanished in the wind. Also the main adjustment unit , has become frozen. Still a nice example. Peter.

Number Four The Volt Meter Looks As If I'ts Been Replaced.

Some years back i replaced the 'blank meter cover' in a Torn.E.b with a meter i found in U.S. surplus market. The meter looks quite similar to original but of course doesn't have the colors. The original blank plate had a hole either from a bullet or from
shrapnel. Altho it looks good, and from a few meters away you don't notice the difference, i think today, better not to have done this.
I have a "poor alloy" Torn.E.b. which i after several tries and methods, cannot pull from the cabinet !

Hello

One detail: on the photo of the voltmeter

it lacks the pusher to check the high voltage (blue in the photo of the original voltmeter)
