I very much doubt it is German or that it is even wartime (looks like something from the 1970's to me....). Sexed up civilian item with fake Kriegsmarine engraving I would say....

Hi,
it is German, maker is Hagenuk, a doppelt version of my einohr operators headset, sexed-up to be KM, but post-war.
Connector removed and some KM-like HW added.
