    Axis Radio Equipment Labels

I have these two axis small data plates.

The Japanese one I have had translated by a colleague as being a radio instruction label. It was brought back from the Pacific by a G.I.

The instructions refer to the dials numbered 0,1,2,3 for volume, voltage etc. and then the final part is how to turn it off.

The German one came from Stalingrad and I can't work out which piece of equipment it is from.

It refers to coupling and uncoupling and variable capacitors and only for 24 Volts.

    Any help would be appreciated.

The German one comes from an aircraft and talks about the (de-)connection of a remote control for the frequency tuning of a receiver. I think it probably relates to the mechanial remote control of the EZ2 DF receiver.

    regards,
