Got this a few days ago... a LW valve tester, complete with a lot of paper items... google only knows the civilain version, anyone every saw that milkitary version?

The Luftwaffe must have ordered a few to test civilian types of valves (used in canteen radios etc.). They probably tested some samples in the factury before applying the "BAL" acceptance stamps.
