Fieldgear has here three different versions of the Feind hört mit mikrofon.

Hello Val,

I have also a VORSICHT! FEIND HÖRT MIT! version in my collection.
I believe all these were original variations, but I read somewhere that some collectors believe that ACHTUNG! FEIND HÖRT MIT! could be a fake made in Eastern Europe.
I have all of these variations in my collection, and I see no serious evidence to support that they were not all made during the war by different suppliers.
Most of all, a post war vendor would not profit a lot in producing the metal parts with these inscriptions, unless he had made them to complete a large quantity of unfinished microphones that were all missing the metal plates.
Very unlikely in my opinion...
Maybe others here have different opinion or additional information.

There you are... not in very good shape, missing wire and plug, but I bought it anyway, because it is a very unusual variation and certainly hard to find today!
My other mikes are all mint condition...I will try to show pics of them later.
