My general opinion is this device is very rare. Someone who is interested in telephony equipment would be willing to have this. I'd probably pay around $1000 to $1200 for it. Again, values are very subjective and based on past experience (basically rounded up / down to the nearest $1000).

Certainly a nice piece and not often encountered. Page 140 of the free book gives an overview of the "Lauschempfänger". Could I use your pictures in the next revision of the book?
