You need 11 rods, an antenna base and a cross piece. Probably best thing to do is buy a single rod on Ebay.de (they do come up from time to time) and use that as a reference for replication. As usual with German equipment it is not a simple construction, each rod is made out of various parts. That is probably why they have not yet been widely reproduced, I guess they are still too expensive to make.

the antenna mount is also not an easy shape to make, the bottom bit is a complex casting. Again not widely faked because it is probably too complex and expensive to replicate... Probably cheaper to find an original....

The only piece that has been widely reproduced is the crosspiece, which is relatively easy to fabricate using a CNC machine.

Anyway, which measurements and photographs do you want? I will do my best...

    regards,

          Nice Torn.Fu.b1 antanna photos

Thank you for these fantastic nice pictures.
I'll try to make something similar to this.
Have practiced me on CW in winter
so I'll take Torn.Fu.b1 out testing this summer.
Torn.Fu.b1 can be used for 80 meter band.
Torn.Fu.f can be used on the new 60 meter band.

Thank you for these fine pictures Fuknsamler.

              Antenna Cross section

Thank you for your post Val.
I have already bought the materials to make a cross setction.
I use images from Funksamler and from Val's post to make a copy of the original.
Will take some pictures of how I do it.
              Hope it becomes successful.

Here are the parts I've bought.
              20mm round aluminum.
              30x30x30mm aluminum square.
