Same thing with same controls description was on the ebay under description:

"RARE GERMAN WWII MG 34 - 42 OPTICAL LIGHT JUNCTION BOX GERMANY WW2 RADIO OPTIC"

Images are now deleted (were viewable in the google image searching cache).

Can't confirm though, never seen this box.
