Can you please tell me, what was used for that leather bag? Signage is "dla 42" and WaA...

The white plate is the same type is used on Fieldphones to write down memo.

The bag contained "Sprechgarnitur" for artillery personnel. The pouch held two reels with extenstion cable with their axle and handle and two breast microphones and headsets.
