    Very interesting article. I've often wondered why the Germans didn't use FM much during the war. The Americans used FM in many of their radio devices. One additional German device that may have utilized FM was the Fu.H.E.e receiver. Based on available information, it could receive both AM and FM signals.

      The Rhode und Schwarz "Samos" and "Fanoe" receivers were also capable of receiving FM.

        Ah, yes - the radar detecting receivers. They could receive FM also.
