Unknown speaker

I'm sure some of you saw this on ebay last week (heck, one of you might have been the seller).

Listing says it was found in Stalingrad.

It appears to have a main bracket with 4 separate strap loops.

Any ideas?

No idea. Item is still with the Russian or US mail
