Probably a Kfz305 although it could also be a Kfz 61. There is just not enough wall detail visible to identify it 100%

      regards and Merry Christmas,

It is a "Schirmantenne 3/3" made up of four or five "Steckmast" rods, a "Antennekopf a", three antenna radials and a feed wire. Everything points at the vehicle carrying a 5.W.S and Torn.E.b.

            Regards,

I think it is a Telefunken 1 Watt "Kurzwellenstation" SE499A. It is a pre-war forerunner of the Torn.Fu.g.

                        regards,

                        Funksammler

                          Torn.Fu.b

I found a bit more information on this set.

The Telefunken SE449A was entered for evaluation under the specification of the "Torn.Fu.b" in 1935. The set was not addopted by the Wehrmacht but 180 of them were exported to Austria in 1937. So after the Anschluss in March 1938 these sets became part of the Wehrmacht again.

In the mean time, the Lorenz designed competitor was adopted in 1936 and became the well known "Torn.Fu.b1"

So if you ever wondered where the "1" in 'Torn.Fu.b1" comes from, this set is part of the answer!

                          regards,

                          Funksammler

Thanks Funksammler! That evolution part is interesting. Have you seen that antenna before? - SE499A original documents don't cover it.
