I've just bought a Lorenz Lo6K39, but it's missing the handles and the frame at center. I would be happy if someone could tell me where to get these missing parts.

Nice radio! Norway has a lot of equipment from the war.
You can probably get these parts made if you have some dimensions. Considering everything, that's not bad for this receiver. They are quite rare, and yours looks like it's in good condition otherwise.
What is the year and serial number of this model?

The receiver otherwise looks to be in good complete condition...

The handles are made of flat bits of metal screwed onto the panel with some simple spacers. If you are handy with a figure saw a hammer and some blocks of wood you should be able to make the card holder for the front panel as well. Alternatively, buy an old ammo case with a card holder and take it from there.

I got a Lo6L39(long wave version), missing all parts on the front, the two antenna plugs and the handles on the top.
Here is what it looked like when I got it:
This is what it looks like now:
All parts except for the Lamp holder and outer adjustment ring for "Ton", which are originals, are remade mostly by me, some parts made by my brother in law on a lathe. The different shields with text is casted in resin, I borrowed the shields from a fellow collector in Norway, that was before I got a Lo6K39 with the shields present. I still need to make the handles for the top and the antenna connector parts and the two last shields, serial number and "Bereich schalter".
The handles are easy to make yourself, but the four spacers I would reccomend, you to have them made using a lathe, I got them made in brass, since it is stronger than the original aluminum used.
I have a lot of drawings for my project, here are the ones you need.
Here are drawing and pictures of the spacers for the handles:
Hera are drawing and pictures of the handle and screw:
The material for the handle is 3mm aluminum.
I plan to make the cardholder, of four seperate pieces of brass, which I have to bend ind the correct shape with a tool I have already made and then solder the pieces together, I have to make two of them, since the cardholder is also missing on my Lo6K39 from 1944.
Ask if you have further questions.

"Wegen Vervendung genormter Kondensatoren ist die bisherige Typen bezeichnung "Lo 6 K 39" in "Lo 6 K 39a" abgeändert worden."
They changed the capasitors to the ceramic type.
