That`s a nice Kleines Funkempfaenger DKE-38. Plenty of them on german eBay - you could find in a range 90-180 Euros. Price depends on condition and the fact if it`s functioning. This one looks pretty clean inside - was it refurbished? Since everyhting looks complete and original I think you can get 115-135 Euros provided it`s not functioning.
    Regards.

People are very reluctant to confirm prices on here. There have been some wild prices of late. There have been some suspicious "sales" that seem to be made between parties to support the high "market" price.
400 Euro seems a bit high but if it is for your collection (as opposed to reselling) and you want one, it isn't a rediculous price. Make him an offer and see how badly he wants to sell it.
Prices have been going up but a lot slower in the past couple of years. Mint condition examples of equipment will sell, it just takes longer these days.
If you do buy it and you have it shipped, make sure the seller wraps it up VERY well. The Bakelite cases on these radios are notoriously fragile. Make sure you get insurance to protect yourself, and more importantly the radio. They aren't making any more of them.
