Throat mic,need opinions

Hi guys,just got this throat mic and they are different from the Panzer mic that i know.

cord is different,mic caps is different and the switch is different.

Is this German WW2 period Panzer issue ?

No need for opinions, just did search and found all that i need to know and more about throat microphones.

This is late war economy model,produced in 1944.
