      hello FS
this afternoon i was searching in WH copies i own , and i remember
what you wrote about the german fullerphone with the 2 cm red band
after reading those copies , i must say i don't agree with what you wrote
      "The German
      device is not
      strictly a
      Fullerphone and
      has no name or
      type reference, not
      even a description
      or manual of the
      device is known,
      so it will simply
      be called the “DC
      wire telegraph”.
I found that a notice exist , it wear the number D782 and the german
      call it " der summer=telegraph 40 ( SUTEL 40) von 10.11.42
there are 11 page in gothic .
i will later on made copies for you and send it private if you believe it's worth for your book , copies are not perfect but readable

          hello
hope the name is the same , " sutel 40 " , i own these copies so long time
(20-30 years , that i can't remember from which people it comes )
morse key and phones used with sutel 40 must have red band
if we see such signs , later on ebay we will know why .
send you the scans to pm , after sending this msg

                        Bonjour Funksammler!

No sorry, my French is unfortunately not good enough to attempt such a document in French. Translating some of the German terminology into English was already a challenge.

If any of our French readers wants to have a stab at a French translation of the document let me know!

                          regards,

                              Bonsoir
