The connectors on the bottom are wiring ports. There are 7 because

1. 12 volt power (for throat microphones)
2. Driver Microphone
3. Driver Headphones
4. Commander Microphone
5. Commander Headphones
6. Receiver - headphone jack (external amplification)
7. Transmitter - microphone jack (external amplification)

I will test the external amplification schematic with my Fu5. All of my Fu5 devices are "Gelbstrichgeräte".

I know that luminescent paint was used in Panzers generally, but this is the first photo I've seen of it. Thank you.

Could you possibly give us the dimensions of the box?
p.s. the distance between bolt holes would be more useful than the overall length, because it will have to be identical over all such boxes.
