The mother of all umformers!!!

Just got the U80 umformer. It wieghs a ton. Was someone out there selling there U80 in europe? Postage wont be to bad if you remove the dyno since I have one now. Email me if you have one

Just got done testing, works perfect and is very quiet. I will just need to clean and lube it. I have alot of things to work on. Its putting out over 800 vdc and 500 ac which goes to a transformmer and gets converted to -300 volts.

Hello Alan,

I know it has been a long time but I was wondering if you have any more photos/information/dimensions of the beast. Apparently the panzer 2 ausf L, (Luchs), had one of these, and I am attempting to build a large scale model of the tank with a full interior.
