    5W.S.b

I wonder when was 5W.S.b developed?
I know it's quite early, but could they be 1931 or 1934?
It was produced for a long time, until 1943, so it must have been a good design.

What kind of use did it have?
What kind of departments used it during WW2?

the 5 W.S.was first developed by Telefunken in 1931. It was one of the first designs where the scale was directly calibrated in frequency. They were used by the Kleinen Funktrupp a and b (b was equipped with an extra receiver), these troops were typically part of the Nachrichtenabteilungen of Infantry units.
