My first crusher cap

I just got this from the Son of the vet that brought it back from the War, it has some moth holes and is a bit crushed but otherwise it is all there. I think that it is a transport hat but that is all i know. There are no maker marks or anything.

From the photos posted, it looks Medical but better photos will confirm. Outside chance that better photos might reveal this being a TSD crusher. Nonetheless, a wonderful crusher indeed.
