Two Luftwaffe Visors for review.

I would like to get some opinions on these visors. Just let me know what you think.

I try to read and learn about this and think they are good but I want to be certain and there is a lot of knowledge on this forum.

The Red piped Flak enlisted mans cap i have no problem with,its a good one
The other one would not be for me,looks post war to me

Is the body of the cap blue or Grey?,it looks grey to me,i prefer to see Luftwaffe blue

My opinion is opposite to Bob's, the officers cap looks fine to me but I don't like the EM flak.

I got mixed with the interiors ,the officers looks grey to the exterior but the interior shot which( i thought was the flak) shows LW blue..
I see what you mean about the flak interior the liner band looks plastic and the stitching pretty grim..

Are both grey/ blue grey LW visors ok? I would say that mine is grey atleast to the exterior.


Would more photos of the NCO visor help? More photos of the liner?

Would be great to have more thoughts about them. If bad I will have it returned.

No need for more photos of the NCO, it's a repro and you should return it if you can.

I have seen an identical repro visor piped for flight online in the past few months as well, so it's not a one-off fake.

One more question about the officers cap. When I hold it in my hands I can´t see any of the LW blue that appears on the interior photo. It just looks grey. Any idea as to why that is?
Should all original LW caps blue?

I have been refunded for the NCO visor.
