Hi all,

I'm fairly certain this cap is original but I'm wondering what the value would be, given that it's a tiny bit moth bitten.

Got the chance to pick this up in a trade for an 8 year ss medal but don't want to take a bath on it.

Not much on medals but I think your SS 8 year might 'trump this hat example.

8 year ss medal definitely trumps this example- salty example worth a few hundred tops!

Without seeing your medal the drawbacks of this cap probably easily out weight any reason to trade for it: missing sweatband, corroded grommets, moth damage and a loose eagle.
