M34 Maker Mark Legit/vent gromments?

1940 dated, it's the Maker that doesn't ring a bell, and the grommets look OK I think. Your thoughts. Thanks. Dave.

I think the squared stamp could be the same than this one, except the n° 24 of identification of the maker, member too of "Landeslieferungs-genossenschaft Kurschner u. Mutzenmacher in Bayern", but with a n° ending by "7" (17 or 47 ?) for what i can decypher.



From those 2 avaible pics only, i would say that this sidecap has good chances to be original, i distinguish no red flag with grommets.

More pice would help to confirm or not this first opinion.
