What type of RLB visor is this??

Hi Guys,


I bought this salty visor 2 weeks ago and have not been able to find another on like it. I think it might be and RLB fire police visor? Any one know?

This is a cap for personnel (doormen and elevator operators) for official Luftwaffe buildings. If the color would have been greenish, then it would have been for the Reichsluftfahrtministerium.

Consult volume 1 from "Headgear of Hitler's Germany", published in 1989 (thirty years ago), pages 339 and 340.
In volume 2, published 1992, you will find a photo on page 126.
