OPINIONS - help needed - Heer M38 Officer cap

Hello folks -
I am looking to potentially purchase this item. Overall it looks nice to me, but is this liner correct? … or anything else of concern? I appreciate insights/all opinions!

The cap looks like a standard officer's showing some wear and the Soutache a little loose which can be corrected. The interior image is too small to see details but the half leather sweatband is there as one would expect to see.

The size stamp would be normal to find with no other markings.

The basic hat look fine from these pictures; I might be persuaded that the insignia (eagle and cockade) could be replaced.
