Help w RLB Cap

Can anyone share any info concerning this Cap w a RLB badge on it. The cap itself is brown w red piping.
I was unable to locate any info on it

Hallo Midway

The images are very distant and it is not possible to ascertain whether there are perhaps signs of a previous metallic rosette under the current badge. Third triangular Durbeck logo that I see during my career, printed in red directly on the lining of a field-cap. In my opinion, it would be useful to look in the direction of a post-war Austrian production. Only my opinion of course.
