Button on M43

Anyone seen this type of button before?some type of lockbutton backside..i think the" buttonhead "is gone away on the frontbutton

Looks like civil button used ( usualy postwar used items have such buttons ).

I believe the first two show how the shank was attached to the button by crimping. The (painted) pebbled covers are missing for some reason.
