The bevo insignia look original from these images, but not certain about the white soutache. I would recommend trying to save the two stitched loops holding up the front if you can when applying the insignia. The cap is in rough shape but will look better with reapplied insignia. I have a couple caps by the same maker.

Interesting that the vent grommets were removed..I can't help but wonder if they were removed to re-use in a better condition fake.

Indeed, looks like its all whats left of a "donor" hat.

The cap itself it’s undoubetdly good and I’m with Glenn...the grommets may have been removed to “pimp” a fake to be sold for a pretty penny,I can’t see any other reasons for that
