POA M43 cap

Just looking at boxes in the summer time ...
I re-discover this strange cap i have for more than 30 years , found in Prag
before the Wall came down .
Made in grey cotton with light grey wool inside the flaps and light brownish inside cotton .RBNr dated 45 . Last ditch ?
Many items from the POA came out at that time , including the hundreds of shoulder boards with red or light blue piping .
At that time some caps like this came out , but i never saw another one later ?
What do you think ?

Why not russian national flag , simply ?
Czech colours are in a triangle shape ...
What about the cap first ?
