Visor cap Help

Just got this cap and I am not sure what is for? RAD/NSKK? Brown band with black piping.

Is the top field grey or olive brown?

IMO, pioneer, with an off-color band (due to either to the dye lot or age).
NSKK would have a brown band with brown piping:

Not even a hint of green to the band.

I am with Stone - I think it is Pionier with a degraded cap band. I can't think of any organization with a field-gray body, black piping, and brown band.
