Lovely caps Steve!

This maker is Hermann Potthoff of Coesfeld (of Westfalen / Westphalia) and was marked "hPc" prior to the RB number introduction.

Here is my unissued Kriegsmarine 'M41' tropical cap with this maker mark. The highly informative (!) rechnung with the maker information and RB number on is courtesy of WAF member Stonemint from another thread.

On another forum there is also an M41 Heer tropical cap with this RB number.

Steve - looks like your caps all went through the Frankfurt ("F") Depot, perhaps the nearest one to Coesfeld?
