Austrian 1930 feldgrau Schirmmütze

I had this for a while and never knew what it really was .
Austrian Army HBA 1930 of course , with light green piping and stamped FJ z R 4 .

Any suggestions ?

The horn indicates it has something something to do with post?!

The horn is the Jägerslandwappen for Oberösterreich, and the green piping is the same for as for the Wehrmacht--Jaeger or GJ (here, just a lighter shade).

Perhaps we could get a good lesson in Austrian inter-war hats if we have any collectors who could show us something? Interesting that the maker's full information is clearly stamped including the phone number which someone might try?!
