sorry, actually I wanted to post this cap on the ss forum, while I had no comments on it, but it was wrong to delete this thread. I tought no double posts of same item on different forums...

Ok so I think this cap has a good chance of being authentic.
However, it would need a close inspection to make sure it is not a re-banded Heer cap.

They are nice original, late-war zinc insignia. That Zimmermann skull is lovely.
