Hi all, is this a good visor? Who is the maker of this one? I’ve seen visors with similar markings inside, but don’t know who the maker is.

The maker is August Robert Wieland of Auerbach (ARWA).

ARWA was the mark of the members of the lieferungs und wirtschaftsgenossenschaft deutscher mutzenfabrikanten. Here below those who I was able to identify so far:

ARWA 2 = Christian Haug
ARWA 7 = Hermann Dommaschk
ARWA 18 = ?
ARWA 26 = Adalbert Breiter
ARWA ? = Kurt Grischkat
ARWA ? = Hermann Krause

It seems that the ARWA logo had some connection with the ADEFA one and perhaps the two co-existed for some time. ADEFA was the mark of the members of the arbeitsgemeinschaft deutsch/arischer fabrikanten der bekleidungsindustrie E.V Berlin.
