Hat is real, but the eagle is not original to the hat (it is an EM/NCO version).
Cockade is the Erel vented type, but may be original (I have seen them on other visors by other makers, but very rare to find).

Yes, original hat made by Clemens Wagner.

You need to look closely at this area before buying it.
I think maybe the stitches have broken and it has been glued.

Agree, too harsh a critique on this one. Offer the seller a bit less as it may have some repairs. Less than stellar pix.
