Nice Artillery cap made by HPC, Hermann Potthoff of Coesfeld.
Looks to be in decent condition apart from the holes on the top.
HPC is one of my favorite makers.

Very nice cap! HPC ist one of my favorites!
I bet there are in front behind the sweatband some vented holes!

It would be interesting if goldrush posts some shots of the inner front capband but I think no vent holes because I don't see the frischluft advertisement printed on the lining.
