Beautiful visor and I also see:

          - green lining for a Privat grade Erel
          - an unusual pattern on the sweatband
          - the same shape to the visor

          Thanks for sharing!!! Kurt

When they said it was not possible that my General Scopper jacket was not original because the plate had Oberstllet. Kurt's jacket is original ......

I apologize because my English is not so good

solo, upgrades are the norm rather than the exception. Do you have a link to your tunic?

BTW, I avoid typed name tags on Wehrmacht tunics as these are pretty uncommon. This maker, however, typed them very often (these are breeches, none of the tunics survived. The closest to a tunic is a complete set of buttons for the summer tunic that was in the cigar box).

Very much agreed on all counts!

This tailor in particular typed the majority of their labels in the surviving examples I’ve come across - which also happen to be primarily trousers & breeches.

Kurt, at least you have the insignia to build yourself a nice tunic! As always, top-shelf stuff.
