This can be an interesting thread. And hopefully we all can learn abit from this.

For us this German war time made HBT cloth lining is 100% legit and often used in late war caps. Here is some links to a well known and serious dealer showing the exact same HBT lining in a very similar cap. The cap here is probably a slightly earlier production in our opinion.
