This cap has been bouncing around for years--it is just a civilian cap that somebody slapped an Olympics pin on.
Cap was made by Oskar Hertlein of Erlangen.
If it is supposted to be a Ski cap, the faker put the wrong stamp on it--it should be

Sergey, correct--nothing to do at all with either the Winter Olympics (which were in Garmisch) or the Berlin Summer Olympics.
Just a civilian cap, most likely postwar.
