Authentic cap for sure and made by Clemens Wagner. The museum or theater stamps on the lining are a slight distraction but not the end of the world.
Insignia look to be ok as well but I would ask for some more photos just to be sure.
I've bought a few items from this dealer over the years and never had a problem so can recommend him.

cap is good, badges I cannot judge from the photos.

but cupal badges fit better to such caps then zinc badges.
