Is the eagle sewn through the lining?
Also, is the wreath sewn to the mohair band only, or is it sewn thru the pasteboard?

Thanks for the update.

The eagle is hand sewn onto the blue top and not through the liner.

The wreath is hand sewn onto the band at the bottom and onto the blue top above the band not through the pasteboard.

That's what I look for with regard to insignia--looks like it is all original.
