Help Indentifying Side Cap - Feldmutze

Can anyone identify this Cap? I believe it is one of the peripheral organisations.

Difficult to judge the fabric colour from photos.

It's not Teno and that's a Pz eagle and kokarde if the backing cloth is black, again, hard to judge the colour.

Thanks for your input Ben. I should have said it's actually a very faded dark blue with dark blue backing to the eagle and rosette. The lining is black cotton with just a size stamp
