Hi
I want to show You m43 offz cap wich I bought in few days ago and ask for opinions. It cames directly from vet family. With this cap cames also two officers uniforms from artillery unit. Previous owner was an oberleutnant.
Cap IMO looks ok but for me are unusual bakelite buttons. I saw similar buttons in caps made in Italy. Do You think this one also could be made in Italy? Eagle is in offz version - embroidered with a silver thread. There is maker logo stamp inside and size 57. Cap has got a lot of sweat marks on the liner inside. Definitely it was used.
Buttons looks like to be originaly sewn to the cap. Only one was additional sewn by a black thread to make it stronger and do not fall of.
