        Hello;
Thank you for your message, I don't make speak about the current seller, because I think that he's none of his doing in this history, and, i think he's a victim, like me, if i have buy this cap befor my post...
But, the first seller, and a really big German seller whit official certificat... And that's what I find regrettable.
But I don't look for a dramas and for any theaters, I just wanted advice(councils).
        And WAF have help me.

Cap is beautifully designed and rendered. Materials used are impressive, insig is proper and the inner crown welting is spot on for a bergmutze. My guess is that it feels good in hand and would reveal the correct inner details as well.

              No is not.
As I have say, I don't look for theater and dramas.
              The errors are human.
And for me, the main part, it is because I was not caught, and i havn't buy this cap.

The most dramatic in this history and for the current retailer...
Because he are going to guard this cap.

I completely agree with you, it would be necessary to have it in the hand, that is why it's difficult of given a good judgment(sentence)....

I see no problem with this cap.

Typically with cloth backing for eidelweiss it would represent because green 1st mountain division.
I honestly like everything about it.
The construction looks correct and short bill.

                        nyet

To me it simply does not look like an original piece. Insignia may be original, but the cap itself does not exhibit the details of construction nor the "look" of an original from 70-plus years ago. I would suggest continue to look.

Can you post a picture of the backside of the wool by turning up one of the flaps please?

I'd like to compare it to the wool on the General cap I have posted that interestingly only two guys have had the stones to comment on. http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=954325

                          Thanks!
