M34 Opinions Please

Hello
I am looking at this M34, can I get some opinions please, there are no visible markings. Does the insignia look originally applied? It looks like it may have had soutache at some point?? or do I need to ask for better pictures?
Any help much appreciated.

Looks good to me,I can see a faded makers stamp and what looks like a removed soutache.
