Panzer Overseas Cap for Opinions

Apparently considered an Italian-made example of the Army Panzer overseas cap.

The cap is black wool with snap fasteners on the turn up panel.

The eagle and cockade are hand sewn to the front of the cap.

The lining appears to be black cotton.

Italian made with "Echt Prym" postwar snaps ?
Strange cut also, looks like a postwar cut also ...
Cockade is original and the eagle could be italian made ?
IMO an old repro !

Post-war West German dark blue navy cap which has been dyed black and had WW2 badges added to it.

The Panzer cockade looks to be a nice original but the embroidered Panzer eagle is highly questionable and not to my liking,
