Pics of details will confirm my thoughts but from what I see, it's a good cap. Small size as often with those minty caps.

Original cap , no problem , with original badges sewn period .
Some minties are on the market as many came from german "surplus" from the CZ during the last 30 years !

Would want better photos myself but it looks like it's ok from these pics. Agree with Nick could be from the CZ tropical horde as many of these unissued caps are.

And i even found one with a silver bevo eagle for OFF in those stocks , not easy to see !
